How long does it take for an order to arrive?

A standard shipment takes about 2 weeks. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Of course, this is very dependent on the crowds at the delivery service. 

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will look up your item for you. If your order cannot be delivered to you within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.

Returns

Which items can be returned?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been washed or worn. To return or exchange an item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to info@mnlea.nl

The costs and risk of the return shipment are borne by the customer, even if you want to exchange an item. Frank your pre-registered return shipment sufficiently and don't forget to include your invoice number. Upon return, you will receive a gift voucher worth the retail price of the item.

Your shipment must meet the following conditions:

✔ The item must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, including all attached labels in the original packaging.

✔ If applicable, the hygiene strip should still be present.

✔ The item must not contain any traces of wear such as perfume, stains, smoke or cooking smell.

✔ Return shipments must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Outside this period, the return shipment can be refused.

Articles that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. MNLEA reserves the right to refuse returns if it is suspected that the products have been used or damaged through no fault of ours. This also applies if the items have been mishandled.

I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

The return will be treated like any other return and you will receive a gift certificate worth the current retail price of the item. Please note that gifts can be returned within 20 days of the date of purchase.
